“Doctor Who” Author for Second Half of Series 7

So it’s recently been confirmed that acclaimed author Neil Gaiman, the mastermind behind the award-winning episode “The Doctor’s Wife” from Series 6, has written another Doctor Who episode that will air in the second half of Series 7 (which means it will hit small-screens sometime in January 2013).

I was very excited to hear about this since, in my opinion anyway, “The Doctor’s Wife” was one of the best episodes from Series 6 (along with “Night Terrors”, “The Impossible Astronaut/Day of the Moon”, and “The Girl Who Waited”–again, all in my opinion). I can’t wait to see what treat he’s got in store for us this time!
